UNIFEM continues to assist MOWA in helping ministries and government institutions to fulfill their commitments under the Afghanistan Millennium Development Goals (AMDG) and the Afghanistan Compact as set out in the Afghanistan National Development Strategy (ANDS) and the National Action Plan for the Women of Afghanistan (NAPWA).
